The legal notices published on November 4, 2026, signal the end of the lease for a large group of Orlando area residents. Extra Space Storage and its affiliates, including Life Storage and Storage Express, have filed advertisements of sale for personal property held in lien across the Central Florida region. The documents list specific addresses, times, and inventory for units in Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Apopka, Oviedo, Winter Park, and St. Cloud.
The first wave of liquidations begins on November 17. At 12:00 PM, the company will auction goods from Store #6309 at 292 W Central Pkwy in Altamonte Springs. The inventory includes clothing, a couch, a bed, a wine cabinet, luggage, and a bookshelf belonging to Kyle Foley. Miguel Negron’s unit contains furniture and boxes, while Jeyson Borja’s holds household items and tools. The same day, a separate auction occurs at 12:00 PM at Store #8558 on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary. That location includes musical equipment and computer hardware from Daniel Hudson, alongside household goods from Gabriela Manni.
The busiest day for auctions is November 20. More than a dozen Extra Space locations will host sales that day. In Apopka, the auction at 25 E Lester Rd begins at 1:30 PM. The inventory there includes a fully furnished two-bedroom home belonging to Sydnye Raymond. In Orlando, the sale at 6205 W Colonial Dr at 12:00 PM involves ten distinct residents, including Kadeann Goulbourne and Jamaal Davis, all listed for household items. Another major event at 1619 McVilla Ave in Apopka at 12:00 PM includes the sale of a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with VIN KMHE34L39HA075291, owned by Nicole Sinclair and Patrick Sinclair, with Credit Acceptance Corporation listed as the lienholder.
November 19 serves as the bridge between the first and second waves. Sales are scheduled at eight different locations, ranging from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. At 6068 Wooden Pine Drive in Orlando, Heyli Hernandez’s unit includes speakers, wall arts, and toys. At 12:45 PM on Curry Ford Road, Kahynia Rabsatt’s inventory is particularly detailed, listing a sectional, two dressers, a king mattress, two full mattresses, and a four-seater dining table. The company notes that vehicles are not included in the sale for Giovanni Bultron at 7627 Narcoossee Rd.
The initial notice for the Altamonte Springs location on Merritt Street specifies that bidding takes place on lockerfox.com. That online auction concludes on November 24 at 9:00 AM, with payment due at the facility. The names listed for that specific lien include David Rund, Donovyn Akoon, and Dmariya Williams. The other auctions listed in the November 17 and 20 notices are advertised on storagetreasures.com.
According to the legal text, all purchases must be made with cash only. The transaction is complete only when the cash is paid at the specific facility. Extra Space Storage retains the right to refuse any bid and may rescind a purchase at any time before the winning bidder takes physical possession of the property. The notices serve as formal warning under The Florida Self Storage Facility Act, giving the named individuals a final window to retrieve their belongings before the goods are sold to the highest bidder.
